 WHAT  IS  HEALTH ? According to the world health organization , health is 'a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity'.  Health can be promoted by encouraging healthful activities, such as regular physical exercise like outdoor sports , exercise and adequate sleep, and bye reducing or avoiding unhealthy activities or situations, such as smoking or excessive stress.  There are two types of health i.e. mental health and physical health . A person is considered healthy only if he is both mentally and physically healthy.
